AQA A level Sociology

Ken Browne textbooks contain the complete range of options for AQA A level Sociology. Very accessible and well set-out, these are the standard textbook for those teaching options other than Beliefs and Families and Households (although, they are very useful for these areas too).
The Napier Press books are very popular with both students and teachers and via the Napier Press website you can download activity books that accompany these textbooks. Only covers core content and the Families and Households (Book 1) and Beliefs in Society (Book 2) optional topic areas.
Haralambos and Holborn have been writing textbooks for A level Sociology since I was studying for A levels, yet these two smaller versions feel fresher than other A level texts (publishers a couple of years later than others). Limited to Families (Book 1) and Beliefs (Books 2) so useful for teaching core and default options
